Homelite XL-98 D parts saw needs repair CUT-OFF concrete steel cutting

This listing is for a Homelite XL-98 D cutting saw.
It does not run!
It’s for parts or repair.
Please review photos carefully.
I have not tried to start this saw.
A few  bolts/screws are missing.
Muffler bolts loose.
Top cover for filter is missing.
It seems to have some compression but did not test how much.
Besides these issues it appears to be otherwise complete, but I have not disassembled it to verify,
Again, study photos for what’s included.
